My best advice I can ever give to any client is to take care of your skin. Your wedding day should be no exception. I recommend 6 months before your big day starting a serious skin regimen. SPF is important and should be used daily. Try a brightening cleanser or glycolic cleanser as part of your evening routine to even out skin tone. If you have oily skin it’s ok and needed to use a moisturizer. A lot of people believe that they cannot use one; but generally oily skin is dry skin. Oily skin happens because our skin is dry and therefore our skin is forced to produce oil to come to the surface to hydrate. Drink loads of water and use a rose mask once a week. There are tons of amazing products for your skin at Sephora and Ulta. I love the Caudalie brand as well as Peter Thomas Roth. I like to mix a little clinical skin care with botanical skin care. Prepping your skin at least 6 months prior to your wedding will create a beautiful canvas for us to paint.
